Cooking osso buco - three hours of deliciousnes

All those years, I figured I knew what I wanted to do with my life.  I would tell myself I would save the world. Or I would become an entrepreneur. A writer. A teacher. A photographer. But no. After spending this entire weekend in the kitchen; baking, cooking and eating; I need to adjust my original plan.

Seriously, I had no idea, cooking could be this much fun. I am not your average kitchen wonder,  but I am learning and experimenting continuously. Yesterday, I baked a couple of breads. Today, I made my own fresh pasta from scratch,  which accompanied by a wonderful meat sauce, was delicious. As for tonight, I am planning to make osso buco. Tomorrow I’ll be experimenting on more bread and the  always tricky sauce bearnaise.

Maybe this obsession will go away over time. Nevertheless, at the moment, I just want to stop everything I am doing and move into my kitchen permanently.
