At first I found Twitter to be way too invading in terms of privacy. Why would I want everyone to know what I’m doing right now? I already find the Facebook status-updates to be slightly over sharing – why would I need a new system?

We all know and love Wikipedia for its great content. Always there to assist you with relevant info about everything from nuclear weapon design to the life of James Joyce. Now there is even a wiki-page about me.

Today, I gave a presentation at the Århus Teknisk Skole for a class of multimedia designers. I was invited to talk about one of my favourite subjects of all times – me. I began my presentation by explaining that my ultimate goal was to save the planet and everyone on it.

New York – probably the city with the highest concentration of luxury flagship stores in the world. You can shop in Ralph Lauren’s country club-setting on the Upper West Side or experience genuine British elegance at the Midtown Burberry flagship store.

Yesterday, on Wednesday October 1st, I gave a very short speech at a conference organized by IT Forum Midtjylland. The theme of the conference was “living in a digital world” and the other speakers included the likes of Marc Prensky and Anne Lise Kjaer.

I guess I simply enjoy doing things. This could range from: making coffee, to meeting someone or to writing a book. As a person, I write, I teach, I develop websites and webdesign, I help people start up their new projects or even companies, I take photos, attend meetings, study, read books and magazines. Luckily, I have found a way to make a living, doing something I absolutely love.

During the past seven years I’ve been doing quite a lot of projects evolving around the concept of e-learning. Most recently, I worked with Finanssektorens Uddanelsescenter (the Educational center for financial institutions) creating small games and other activities to give the user a break from the actual learning. On March 18th 2007, carpenter Flemming Wulff sent me an e-mail. He had heard about me at a conference for self-employed people, where Anne-Maria Dahl had mentioned me in her speech. In addition to his work as a carpenter, he is running a small production company which develops custom-made folding doors (see image).
